Ivan Smith Furniture - IVAN SMITH..... ISSAC!!!!!!
I purchased a sofa and a love seat only to find out that they were SECONDS!!!!!!! It took me five months for Ivan Smith to decide they were going to take it back!
They are taking them back ,but I am not being refunded the delivery charge!!!!!! I had to pay for a DELIVERY CHARGE FOR MERCHANDISE THAT THEY ARE GETTING BACK!!!!!!!!!! Even if I had purchased something else, they were going to charge me for another delivery charge.
I have been promised that they will pick up the merchandise on Thursday and refund the money on Friday MINUS THE DELIVERY CHARGE!!!!!! THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!!!

My Local Ivan smith always waives the delivery charge after a little negotiating. Seems they don't have to charge it if it means getting something solf...and yes I live in another town 25 miles away, its not like I am down the street.
I have sent you an email concerning SO#815140BQDW to eservice. I have not received a call or email reguarding this issue.
