I purchased a couch September 2017. To date, I have had them come out 5 times to repair it. Now, they tell me that they have to take it in to their shop to repair it. What am I supposed to sit on? I have a Tiny House and this is my only furniture to I have to sit on. I have asked to have a new one instead of repairing this one AGAIN! Of course they tell me no.

Also, when I purchased this couch the salesman told me that my small dogs could not scratch it and if they did it would be repaired or replace. Yes, that's right of course they don't cover pet damage.

Good thing I purchased the extended warranty or they would not repair it, or try to repair it this time.

Very Unhappy Customer!
